About
I am Anton. I coach non-native engineers and PMs to speak up in English meetings with confidence, using lines they can deploy the same day. Here is why I do it, and how it works.
Why I do this
The most capable person in the room is often the quietest one. Not because they have nothing to say, but because saying it in a second language, under pressure, in front of leadership, is a different skill from knowing the language.
I have watched brilliant engineers and product people go silent in a meeting, then share the exact right idea with me afterward, when it was too late to matter. Their English was never the problem. They just did not have the right line ready for the exact moment.
It is not their level of English. It is having the words ready when the moment is moving fast.
So that became my work. Not grammar drills, not vocabulary lists, but the practical, in the moment skill of speaking up clearly when it counts. The phrase to interrupt politely. The line to disagree without softening it into nothing. The way to buy a few seconds instead of freezing. Real lines for real meetings, practiced until they hold under pressure.
How I coach
We do not study English in the abstract. We work on your real meetings, the standup, the review, the leadership update, so what you practice is what you use the next day.
Every session gives you specific, ready phrases for your situations. You leave with something you can use immediately, not a concept you have to figure out later.
We practice out loud, under a little pressure, until the lines feel natural. Then you take them into your real meetings and we build from what happened. Confidence is earned through doing, so we keep doing it.
No jargon, no shame about your starting point, no wasted time. You already speak English well. My job is to help the way you sound in meetings match the quality of your work.

A personal note
I keep this work simple on purpose. One owned promise, one clear method, one next step. If you are the kind of person who does excellent work and just wants the meeting version of you to catch up to it, I would genuinely like to help.
The best way to find out if we are a fit is a short conversation. No pitch, no pressure. Just your hardest meeting moment and an honest answer about whether I can help.
